Description
This machine adopts 3‑5 co‑extrusion technology for producing 5‑layer or 7‑layer sheets with PP, PS, EVOH, Tie and other materials. EVOH barrier layer extends the shelf‑life of packaging products.
Each extruder is equipped with melt metering pump for quantitative stable pressure feeding. Fitted with Italian Dynisco pressure sensor to realize closed‑loop speed control for each extruder.
Precision five‑layer distributor adopts flow‑rate & blade‑gap adjusting technology, ensuring uniform layering without delamination after forming & stretching. Independent power system with direct‑coupled rotation improves production efficiency.
The whole line is PLC‑controlled, supporting automatic parameter setting, data calculation, feedback and alarm functions.
