Description
Anti-Static Masterbatch is a specially formulated additive concentrate designed to reduce the accumulation and build-up of static electricity on plastic surfaces. It contains antistatic agents dispersed in a compatible polymer carrier and can be incorporated during conventional extrusion or moulding processes. It is particularly useful in plastic films and sheets where static charge can cause dust attraction, film sticking, handling difficulties and electrostatic discharge.
Key Features Reduces static charge accumulation on plastic surfaces Helps minimize dust and particulate attraction Improves handling and processing of plastic films Reduces film-to-film and surface sticking caused by static Suitable for continuous extrusion and film-processing applications Easy incorporation through conventional masterbatch dosing Good dispersion in compatible polymer systems Available in customized formulations and concentrations Suitable for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP and other compatible polymers
Applications Blown films Packaging films LDPE / LLDPE sheets Agricultural films Construction films Industrial films and liners Plastic bags and flexible packaging Woven and raffia products Injection and extrusion moulded products
Available Specifications Additive: Antistatic agent Carrier: LDPE / LLDPE / HDPE / PP / Customized Form: Granulated masterbatch Dosage: Customized according to polymer and required static-control performance Colour: Natural / Translucent / Customized Processing: Film extrusion / Sheet extrusion / Injection moulding / Blow moulding Packaging: 25 kg bags / Jumbo bags / Customized packaging
Product Advantage Anti-Static Masterbatch helps manufacturers achieve better surface handling, reduced dust attraction and improved processing efficiency by controlling static charge. The optimum dosage depends on the polymer, film thickness, processing conditions, humidity and required level of static control.
