PP Flame Retardant Masterbatch for UL94 V-0

FB-70MS is a non-halogenated flame retardant masterbatch based on piperazine pyrophosphates, containing polypropylene (PP) as carrier resin. This product is suitable for materials such as PP, polyethylene (PE), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and filled PP (filler, e.g. mineral, glass fibre). FB-70MS achieves the most efficient flame retardant grade such as UL94 V0 (0.75mm) and UL94 5VA (2.0mm), as well as glow wire tests in terms of glow wire ignition temperature (GWIT) 750 ℃and glow wire flammability index (GWFI) 960℃. FB-70MS has good processability (e.g. easy feeding and blanking, non-coupling), and the flame retarded material exhibits good appearance (e.g. no white patches) and good physical and mechanical properties (e.g. non-blooming, anti-thermal
aging).
