Polyethylene powder coating used for metal surface coating can improve the adhesion of polyethylene powder coating and prolong the service life of the product, which can improve the adhesion of polyethylene powder coating and improve the service life of the product.
Polyethylene powder coating is an anticorrosive powder coating produced by color preparation. The coating has excellent chemical resistance, electrical insulation, aging resistance, impact resistance, bending resistance, weather resistance and heavy corrosion resistance, and has good surface decoration performance. It is widely used in pipeline anti-corrosion, electroplating hooks, highways, railways, refrigerator racks, hangers, food racks, shoe racks, bicycle baskets, outdoor fitness equipment and various metal surface coatings.
Polyethylene powder coatings are made of special resins, pigments and fillers, curing agents and other additives mixed in a certain proportion, and then prepared by hot extrusion, grinding and screening. They can be stored stably at room temperature. After electrostatic spraying, friction spraying (thermosetting method) or fluidized bed dip coating (thermoplastic method), they are heated, baked, melted and cured to form a smooth and bright permanent film, thus achieving the purpose of decoration and anti-corrosion.
