Description
We develop customized eco-friendly functional masterbatches by compounding post-consumer recycled plastics with a variety of upcycled inorganic and organic powders. These include ceramic powder and spherical silica recovered from the semiconductor industry, eggshell and oyster shell powder derived from biowaste, and carbon black from scrap tires. Each additive offers unique properties—such as reinforcement, thermal resistance, or infrared absorption—allowing the final masterbatch to deliver multiple functional benefits. Through precise formulation and compounding, we create tailored alternatives that can replace conventional single-function masterbatches, contributing to circular material use and sustainable product innovation.
