Description
This model is specifically designed for producing containers such as 10–30L Jerry cans. It features a double-station structure, which reduces floor space compared to two separate machines while delivering double the output of a single-station machine, significantly improving production efficiency.
Equipped with an Auto-Deflashing unit, the machine automatically trims the bottle neck, ensuring a smooth and consistent product appearance while reducing manual trimming errors and defect rates.
The machine can be configured with a double-layer or triple-layer co-extrusion system to lower material costs and enhance product performance. It also incorporates a servo-controlled parison thickness control system (e.g., Moog), enabling precise wall thickness control to strengthen the drum body and improve drop resistance and stacking performance.
