Description
HCR-970 is a plastic purpose rutile TiO2 produced by chlorination process, its surface is modified with Aluminum inorganic coating and organic treatment agent. It designed for plastic applications like PVC, PE, and PP, high brightness, color stability, and anti-aging performance. It has minimal impact on the melt flow index, so it can
be used in high-concentration masterbatch and produce plastic films with high hiding power and high whiteness. Recommended for plastic applications requiring high thermal stability. It's designed with a hydrophobic surface that acts as a barrier to help the pigment absorb moisture from the air. It has low oil absorption, high weather resistance, good lipophilicity, and high durability.
Applications: (high-end product demand) masterbatch, PVC products, flexible PVC, plastic films, outdoor plastic products, engineering plastics, plastic composite materials, rubber, insulation materials, polyolefins, plastisols, etc.
