Flexible control system for a wide range of conveying applications.
The sCONVEY control is a decentralized control system for operating and monitoring a conveying system. The control can be easily expanded using universal IO nodes. This allows the system to be flexibly adapted to current production requirements. The control system features an innovative, open network architecture based on Ethernet. This flexibility makes it easy to set up complex plant conveying systems.
The sCONVEY control can control:
60 material loaders on drying bins
160 material loaders on processing machines
9 line blowers
3 standby blowers
60 purging valves under the drying bin
120 independent purging valves
180 regrind material source
12 alarm lights with horn
