Scientific Mini Single-Layer Cast Film and Sheet Line

Labtech Engineering is committed to the development of our New Scientific Mini Single-Layer Film and Sheet Line Type LMCR-150 as a further innovation for professional laboratory needs at an affordable cost. This mini cast film holds a lot of possibilities to achieve excellent developments of plastic films for many applications. The installations are completed with mini sizes of hopper, extruder, die, chill roll, nip rolls, and wind-up. The whole chill roll assembly is mounted on a bench cabinet where the whole process is accommodated to occupy a minimum floor space of 1.5m x 0.7m and height of 1.2m. The sub-cabinet has a sliding base to hold all the electric components inside.
