Description
DX8502 anti-scratch agent is PP as the carrier, made of ultra-high molecular
weight polysiloxane, appear as white particle. It is widely used in automotive
PP interior parts, household appliances PP modified plastics and other field,
which is not tackiness, not odor, not exudation, and has low VOC and less
influence of stress whitening. It has excellent long-lasting scratch resistance
and excellent thermal stability. It can improve surface gloss and smoothness.
DX8502 can also be used as a plastic processing agent to improve the flow
ability and demolding, decrease the torque, the machine wear and decrease the die build up. DX8502 is suitable for directly injection molding, extrusion and blown film after mixing with the plastic particles.
