Intelligent Forklift (AGV Factory Logistics)

The laser-guided forklift Agv adopts a self-developed navigation and positioning system and is matched with a self-developed Agv motion controller to achieve a positioning accuracy of ±10mm. It uses a traditional electric forklift, equipped with a laser anti-collision, mechanical anti-collision, photoelectric anti-collision and multiple safety protection systems to achieve unmanned and safe operation of the forklift.
It is equipped with an Agv scheduling system and human-machine interaction software, and manages all Agvs through a new generation of wireless network to achieve scheduling control and data monitoring of Agvs. The system can also be connected to the MES/WMS production management system to build an intelligent factory.
