Description
Filter mesh sheets are industrial filtering components made from metal materials such as stainless steel mesh and black wire cloth, processed by punch presses and specially made molds. This product is mainly used in distillation, filtration and air purification processes in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals and rubber, performing the functions of mist droplet separation and impurity interception. Its structure includes single-layer, double-layer and multi-layer designs, and the materials include stainless steel woven mesh, copper mesh and sintered mesh, etc. Different precision filtration can be achieved by adjusting the hole spacing. The processing adopts spot welding or edge wrapping technology, and the number of welding points can be customized.
