Description
This machine handles non-laminated/laminated bags, single/double-sided BOPP bags, non-wovens, paper-plastic bags, 3-layer laminated bags. One-touch hot/cold straight cutter switch via touch screen (1 minute). Hot cutter for non-laminated bags (servo-controlled, double mouth twisting); cold for laminated (no cutter change, neat cuts). Non-laminated woven bags have unsealed openings to reduce blockage. Fabric/film delivery uses EPC auto deviation correction for precise lining. Magnetic powder brake and tension system minimize outer bag damage. EPC sync correction, dual servo control inner film sealing lines to prevent misalignment, with synchronized cutting/lining. Hamming part has liner flattening to reduce waste. Automates alignment, positioning, folding, sewing, counting, collection. Imported Japanese PLC, servo, Mitsubishi control, 10-inch LED touch screen. Easy, one-person operation; works as liner inserter or cutting/sewing machine.
