Our positive and negative pressure metal stamping moulds are precision-engineered tools designed for efficient and accurate metal forming and cutting operations. These moulds utilize both pressing force and vacuum pressure to securely hold metal sheets during the stamping process, ensuring precise cuts and forming with minimal material deformation.
Manufactured from high-grade tool steel and finished with CNC machining, these moulds offer high durability, wear resistance, and dimensional accuracy required for mass production. The dual pressure system improves material positioning and reduces slippage, leading to enhanced product consistency and reduced waste.
We offer custom designs to fit various metal types and thicknesses, including single and multi-cavity layouts to meet different production volumes. Cooling and ventilation channels are integrated to manage heat buildup during high-speed stamping, prolonging mould life and maintaining performance.
