POE-g-MAH Series Toughener
Product Introduction
The TRD-300P series is a maleic anhydride-functionalized product primarily based on polyolefin elastomer (POE). It is mainly used for toughening nylon (PA), reinforcement and toughening, flame-retardant reinforced toughening, and super-tough products. This series enhances the impact resistance and processing performance of nylon while simultaneously reducing water absorption.

Typical Applications
300P Used for PA toughening, ultra-toughening, or low-temperature toughening, it can significantly improve the notched impact strength of PA. The recommended dosage is 5-25%.
301P It is used for PA reinforcing and toughening, has good processability and is cost-effective. The recommended dosage is 3 - 15%.
302P Ideal for PA6 reinforcement and toughening, it boasts high tensile strength and good processability. Suggested dosage is 3 - 20%.
303P For complex PA-based products, it enhances strength and toughness, with good reaction compatibility and processability. Suggested dosage is 5 - 15%.
304P As an ultra-low-temperature (-55℃ to -40℃) PA toughening agent, it reduces low-temperature brittleness of products. Suggested dosage is 5 -25%.
305P For PA/PP alloys and general PA + GF toughening, it offers great value. Suggested dosage is 3 -15%.
306P It is used for PA reinforcement and toughening as well as for TPE-overmolded PA products. Suggested dosage is 3 -15%.
Notes:
☆The specific loading amount should be determined by users on the basis of the application system and the final property requirements of the products, but the critical addition amount of the compatibilizer must be reached.
☆To achieve the best effect, processing equipment and technology should ensure good dispersion of the product in the system.
