The SUNKAIER SK3000E E-Impeller Kneader is a horizontal kneader reactor for concentrated-phase processing of highly viscous materials up to 100,000 Pa·s. It combines intensive stretch-and-fold kneading, large heat-transfer surface on casing, shaft and elements, controlled residence time and reliable discharge in a single body — allowing mixing, reaction, drying and devolatilization to be carried out as one controlled operation rather than four separate ones. Available in single- and double-shaft configurations from 160 to 15,000 litres, in 304, C276 and other alloys, for vacuum to 20 bar and temperatures to approximately 320 °C. Near-100% self-cleaning element meshing eliminates dead spots and prevents the Wickel effect on sticky, pasty and crust-forming products.
