Flame Retardant for ATO-Replacement

FB-NSB is a white granule, non-halogenated flame retardant masterbatch made from 30% co-polymer PP and 70% composite flame retardant based on antimony trioxide (ATO, Sb2O3). It is specially developed for ATO-replacement in PP, which differs from most other commercial products (e.g. zinc borate, hydrotalcite, etc.) in the following ways: great thermal, colour stability and high whiteness (reduce the amount of titanium dioxide usage for white products). FB-NSB has achieved a complete replacement of ATO, with excellent flame retardancy, further reducing manufacturing cost.
