PP Flame Retardant

FR-52MS is a non-halogenated intumescent flame retardant based on piperazine pyrophosphates, particularly suitable for the polymers, such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and filled PP (suitable filler, e.g. mineral, glass fibre/ GF). This product achieves the most efficient flame retardant grade such as UL94 (V0, 0.75mm; 5VA, 2.0mm), 70 ℃ × 168 hours immersion test (UL746C), glow wire testings (glow wire ignition temperature test/ GWIT 750℃; glow wire flammability index/ GWFI 960 ℃ ).
