Polycom - 101 works as MODIFIER, PROCESSING AID and BONDING AGENT for woven sack application
Key Advantages:-
Increases the tensile strength (0.3 – 0.4 GPD) & Elongation (1% - 1.5%)
Sharply reduces tape breakages/hour & increases the speed of the Tape Line.
Gives big opportunity to increase Calcium Carbonate Master Batch Dosage
Excellent Dispersion & Gloss in the Film.
Denier variation is controlled
Reduces dust and fibres in the looms
Increases the output in Looms & reduces the wastage of fabric in Looms.
Dosage: 0.5% - 1% of Polycom-101 to be used in the existing formulation.
