Polycom-E Processing aid exclusively developed by our organization has created revolution in entire PVC industry including PVC Pipes, PVC Fittings, PVC Panels, PVC Profiles, PVC Foam Boards, PVC Carpets, PVC Tiles, PVC Membranes, PVC Wood-Composite, PVC Sheets, PVC One Pack producers and other various PVC Applications.
Key Advantages:
‧ Polycom-E will replace all lubricants (Waxes, Steric Acid, Internal Lubricants, External Lubricants and Processing Aid) at very low dosage
‧ Provides faster fusion with high melt strength properties
‧ Improved melt-elasticity
‧ Reduction in melt-fracture
‧ Improved surface finish and gloss
‧ Reduces thickness variation
‧ Replaces expensive wax at half dosage
