The cooling roler adopts a large diameter special low path roller, which improves the cooling elfectin high-speed production and ensures unilfom temperature of the surface of the cooling roller.
The entire production ine reaizes fuly automated production. 0n the basis of the oniginal automatic material change and reeling,the automatic paper feeding tubeandthe automatic unloadine inished system are added to ensure high qualityand high quantitystable producion,which greatysaves thelaborcostofproduction.
The vacuuming device is used to make the produced film better fit to the casting cooling crucible and the cooling effect is better and the film performance is improved.
