Gravimetric batch dosing and mixing unit for granules
Thanks to the proven conical dosing system, the GRAVICOLORs 310 and 610 precisely dose and mix up to eight different materials with the highest recipe accuracy. The modular design and excellent engineering guarantee optimum performance, flexibility, and reliability. This gravimetric batch dosing and mixing device is specifically designed for injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion.
The integrated and improved IntelliBlend analysis function records the recipe, material, and operating environment and documents all process data. With the help of the software, the user achieves continuous self-optimization of the system and thus the best possible operating point with the highest recipe fidelity and consistently high product quality.
Through event-based logging, all parameter changes are saved in a control report and can be subsequently evaluated.
