Description
ISCOWAX - PP102 is a low molecular weight polypropylene-based additive providing outstanding internal and external lubrication, pigment dispersion, and torque reduction in polymer processing. It improves melt flow, prevents die build-up, and reduces plate-out in extrusion and molding operations, ensuring smooth processing and consistent product dimensions. In PVC and polyolefin compounds, ISCOWAXR PP wax enhances color masterbatch performance by promoting uniform pigment distribution and improving processing efficiency. Additionally, it imparts scratch resistance, improved surface gloss, and enhanced abrasion resistance to finished thermoplastics and engineered plastic components. ISCOWAXR PP102 supports higher throughput, superior surface finish, and long-term product quality, making it ideal for high-performance compounding and masterbatch manufacturing applications.
