ISCOSLIP?O & ISCOSLIP?E (Slip Additives)
ISCOSLIPR slip additives are engineered to reduce the coefficient of friction and improve surface slip in PVC processing, ensuring smoother product surfaces and efficient production. ISCOSLIP?O provides excellent melt flow, reduces surface friction, and minimizes die wall sticking, improving handling and preventing blocking in PVC films, sheets, and molded parts. ISCOSLIP?E offers extended slip performance and low migration, maintaining reduced friction and enhanced surface quality even under demanding operating conditions. Both grades improve release during extrusion and molding, enhance surface gloss and smoothness, and support higher line speeds with reduced downtime. Applications include PVC films, decorative sheets, profiles, and molded products requiring long-term slip stability and superior surface aesthetics.
