Description
Due to uneven sizes of recycled crushed materials, impurities or moisture are excessive. The upper single-screw main machine effectively completes large-capacity propulsion, rapid melting, drainage, plasticization and gas discharge of the material, and it simultaneously performs primary filtration of impurities. The lower single-screw device of the machine is used to complete cooling of the materials, stabilizing machine head pressure, re-filtration and extrusion. The machine makes refreshed, clean materials and shows good plasticizing results, thereby it greatly enhances productivity and reduces labor intensity.
