Double-stage extrusion unit (twin screw + single screw) STE (single axis + double shaft)
The first stage is parallel co-rotating twin-screw for sufficient mixing effects and the second stage is single-screw extruder for low-speed rotating, which complements the advantages of both. This kind of machine is widely used in various types of heat-sensitive material granulation, large-volume volatilization, one-step forming and extrusion, etc.
The machine decomposes processing functionality and increases independent control variables, which then benefits the optimization of all parts of processing and enhances efficiency and productivity. High-efficiency plasticization mixing and shear dispersion, backflow from back pressure of no-machine head, which avoids overheating of local high shear; single screw cooling, low speed, high pressure extrusion, also avoids the contradiction of overheating
