MW-7272/4P is PLASCOM’s premium mattifying masterbatch engineered for PE film extrusion. It is formulated with finely dispersed inorganic agents to reduce surface gloss and create a smooth, matte finish without compromising film quality.
Even at higher loading levels, MW-7272/4P maintains excellent dispersion, ensuring stable processing and a longer cleaning cycle of the extrusion line. This reduces downtime and improves production efficiency.
Ideal for:
Packaging films requiring low-gloss surfaces
Lamination or print-grade films
Aesthetic enhancement of flexible packaging
