Description
PPO H125-NC offers a balanced property profile at a low density of 1.08 g/cm³.
It provides balanced mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of 48 MPa, flexural strength of 76 MPa, and flexural modulus of 2100 MPa, alongside good toughness (notched impact: 18.5 KJ/m²). Thermally, it achieves an HDT (0.45 MPa) of 125°C, along with a melt flow rate (MFR: 12 g/10min @280°C/5kg) and low mold shrinkage (0.5–0.7%). Its flammability rating is UL94 HB @1.6mm.
Designed as a general-grade material for injection molding, it is suitable for potable water applications and is ideally suited for components such as water treatment product housings, requiring good process ability, electrical insulation, and structural stability.
