It is an automated device designed for injection molding production lines, mainly used for automatically retrieving, stacking, embedding, or post-processing (such as trimming sprues, inspection) of products formed by injection machines. Its core functions and features revolve around efficiency, precision, and seamless collaboration with injection machines.

1. Automatic Retrieval and Placement- Quickly retrieves finished products after the injection molding cycle and places them on conveyors, packaging boxes, or secondary processing stations, replacing manual operations.
2. Insertion and Removal of Inserts - Precisely inserts metal inserts (such as threaded inserts) into the mold or removes excess parts (such as core pins) from the molded part.
3. Defective Product Sorting- Works with vision systems or sensors to automatically identify and separate defective products (such as underfilled or flash).
