Description
Our PP Flame Retardant P-25 is masterbatch form, dripping type , but without flaming drips . UL94 V0 level , nearly non halogen , halogen content less than 60PPM per kg .
ARGIOPE P-25 PP Polypropylene Flame Retardant Masterbatch Advantage
1)Flaming stops immediately once fire is away.
2) Pass 1000℃ glow/hot wire test.
3) with only 2-6% addition percentage, Work for Injection/Extrusion/Blowing molding and filaments
4). super white half transparent appearance , specially for White PP product , no bad effect on PP product gloss and colors.
5). Stand high temprature more than 220C , No Yellowish problem , NO Precipitation, No separate out problem ; No migrating to surface problem .
6). Nearly no adverse effect on PP overall properties , dont effect PP impact strength and toughness .
7). could mix with PP materials directly , no need extracompounding or pelleting process .
