DY‑61/91 Silicone Rubber Compound
fumed‑silica‑filled high‑temperature‑vulcanized silicone compounds based on methyl‑vinyl silicone raw gum. They provide balanced mechanical performance and stable processing behavior with hardness grades from 30A to 80A.
It features excellent high‑low temperature resistance from ‑60℃ to +250℃, good electrical insulation, ozone and weather aging resistance. It performs well in compression molding and extrusion, with cost‑effective advantages for mass‑volume industrial manufacturing.
Applications: general silicone keypads, gaskets, O‑rings, extruded tubes & profiles, electrical insulation components, household silicone articles, non‑critical auto sealing parts.
