Silicone Gum (110 Methyl‑Vinyl Silicone Raw Rubber)
DONGYUE Silicone Gum is high‑molecular‑weight methyl‑vinyl polysiloxane, the base polymer for high‑temperature‑vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber. It appears as colourless and transparent solid block.
It features outstanding high‑low temperature resistance ranging from ‑60℃ to 250℃, excellent ozone resistance, weather ageing resistance and superior electrical insulation. After compounding with fumed silica and curing agent, it can be processed by compression moulding or extrusion. Multiple grades with different molecular weight and vinyl content are available with consistent batch‑to‑batch quality.
