DONGYUE Dimethyl Silicone Oil Emulsion is aqueous polydimethylsiloxane dispersion, supplied in non‑ionic or anionic versions. It is a milky‑white homogeneous liquid and can be diluted directly with water.
The emulsion provides excellent lubrication, anti‑stick, mold‑release, gloss‑improving and water‑repellent effects. It possesses good storage and centrifugal stability with no oil floating or delamination. Solid content from 20% to 60% is customizable. APE‑free low‑VOC grades are offered for environmentally‑friendly formulations.
