Description
pentaerythritol stearate (PETS) is usually a white hard high melting point wax. Pentaerythritol stearate has good thermal stability and low volatility at high temperatures, good mold release and flow properties, and partially crystallized plastics It has an excellent nucleation effect and can be used in transparent products. They are typically used in polycarbonate and ABS polymers, but also in PET, PA and other plastics. It is recommended for use as a mold release agent in polycarbonate, thermoplastic polyesters and other engineering thermoplastics.
