Anti-reflection nucleation masterbatch

The base resin of YUDI anti-reflection nucleation masterbatch is polypropylene and add the imported high quality nelcleating agent into the masterbatch which is made by specific process. During producing process, it can change the crystallinity of incomplete crystalline polymer resin and accelerate its crystallinity, significantly improving the transparency, glossiness, rigidity, bending modulus and tensile strength of film, sheet and molding products. It also can improve the heat distortion temperature and dimensional stability of products, shorten the molding cycle, improve production efficiency. It mainly compatible with polypropylene transparent meal box, transparent drinking cup, CPP/BOPP casting film, sheet and so on, conforming to FDA standards and RoHS.
