Description
Used for extruding various rubber products
1. Optional different machine heads can be used to extrude different semi-finished rubber products, or to supply rubber for rolling machines
2. The pin barrel is a segmented structure, and the feeding section barrel is matched with the side roller to increase the feeding capacity. The plasticizing and extrusion sections of the barrel are equipped with various numbers of pins.
3. The advantages of this machine are good in plasticization effect, strong extrusion capacity, low temperature of extruded rubber, and smooth operation.
4. According to customer’s requirements, the pin type cold feed extruder can be equipped with a rubber supply device to transport sheet.
