This PET strap production line is dedicated to the production of high-strength PET strapping tapes, supports customization of 9-32mm width and 0.6-1.2mm thickness, and is suitable for 100% PET crushed materials, bottle flakes and thickening materials, realizing resource recycling, energy saving and environmental protection.
1. High efficiency and energy saving: low operating power design, energy consumption is reduced by more than 20% compared with traditional equipment, and unit output is significantly improved.
2. Intelligent control: The fully automated PLC system accurately controls process parameters (temperature, tension, speed), reduces human errors, and has higher stability.

4. Wide compatibility of raw materials: Recycled PET raw materials can be directly used.
