Description
PET strapping, the main material is 100% PET crushed material and bottle flakes, with the following advantages:
1. It can be produced with a width of 9-32mm and a thickness of 0.6-1.2mm. The width error is ±0.5mm and the thickness error is ±0.05mm.
2. Strong tensile strength, with both the tensile strength of steel strapping and the ductility to resist impact, which can ensure the safety of product transportation.
3. Small elongation, which is only one-sixth of that of polypropylene strapping, and can maintain tension for a long time.
4. Strong temperature resistance, with a melting point of 260 degrees and no deformation when used below 120 degrees.
5. Good safety, no risk of steel strapping rusting and contaminating the tied objects.
6. Good economic benefits, the length of 1 ton of PET strapping is equivalent to the length of 6 tons of steel strapping of the same specification, and the unit price per meter is more than 40% lower than that of steel strap
