The 5-Layer POD Line from Mamata offers enhanced functionality and flexibility beyond traditional 3-Layer Films. By Utilizing additional layers, it achieves better mechanical performance, more uniform thickness, and cost saving through reduced masterbatch, expensive material usage. The structure allows for a thicker core with thinner skin layers, enabling film down gauging without compromising quality.
