The MexBarrier Series 5-7-9 Layer lines are engineered for high-performance barrier applications, such as packaging for Edible Oil, UHT Milk, Dry Fruits, Vacuum Pouches, Pet foods, Meat packing, Frozen foods, Ready to eat foods, paints, and confectionery. Its precision layer control reduces recipe cost and polymer waste. The line supports a wide spectrum of applications - from oxygen and aroma barrier films to non-barrier packaging applications.

Stackable Co-Extrusion Die from Mamata provides temperature isolation between the layers with dedicated heating zones for each layer. Thus preventing heat migration from hotter to cooler layers. For example high-temperature PA alongside lower-temperature EVOH resin. Capable to run complex barrier structures without compromising quality. Low volume die provides faster change overs, reducing purging down time.
