The upper and lower arms of our company's servo manipulator are double-sectioned, using aluminum alloy structural beams, and a specially designed synchronous belt double speed mechanism, which greatly shortens the height of the upper and lower arms. It only takes half of the upper and lower strokes to reach the full stroke. Not only can it increase the up and down speed and stability, but it is also particularly suitable for places with low factory buildings. This model has the advantages of light weight and high strength. It can meet the requirements of fast removal speed, smooth and smooth movement, high effect, small vibration and long service life.
The manipulator has reserved air pressure pipelines and detection signals, as well as two suction and two holding circuits. It can be used as a clamping, suction and holding removal fixture to meet the removal requirements of various products.It is suitable for product removal from most injection molding machines.
