Five axis servo traverse series

The five-axis manipulator uses a mechanical arm as the main body and uses a motor to drive the movement of the worktable, arms, wrists, hands and other joints to complete various work tasks. For each joint, the manipulator is equipped with a motor and transmission device to control the movement of the arm through the rotation angle. Its horizontal movement, extraction, and arms are driven by servo. The arms have double upper and lower sections. The extraction square structure is movable. The side parts are servo side posture groups. The removal time is fast and the jig adjustment is convenient. Long life, low failure, short removal time of 1.5S, maximum load of 10KG (including fixtures and finished products), mainly used for quick removal or complex removal applications, especially long products such as automotive products, washing machines and home appliances, etc.
