Modified anti-static PC

PC antistatic plastic pellets are functional modified materials made by adding carbon-based fillers (such as carbon nanotubes and conductive carbon black) or permanent polymer antistatic agents to a highly transparent, high-impact PC (polycarbonate) matrix through a special blending process.

While retaining PC’s original excellent mechanical properties, they provide the material with antistatic performance, maintaining a stable surface resistivity of 10⁶-10¹¹ Ω (depending on the grade). They can effectively prevent static accumulation and avoid breakdown or dust attraction caused by electrostatic discharge affecting precision electronic components.

Electronic component handling and storage: Used to manufacture IC trays, wafer boxes, component carrier tapes, antistatic turnover boxes/partitions, preventing chips and PCB boards from being damaged by static electricity during handling.
· Automated equipment components: Used for precision components such as SMT placement machine nozzles, conveyor track guide rails, and gears, preventing static interference with automated equipment sensors.
· Cleanrooms and explosion-proof areas: Used for cleanroom carts, worktable surfaces, and explosion-proof housings, reducing electrostatic dust attraction while avoiding safety hazards caused by sparks.
· Consumer electronics housings: Used for parts requiring antistatic treatment, such as mobile phone mid-frames and laptop housings, combining aesthetics with protection.
