This plastic air pressure thermoforming machine adopts the latest international plastic sheet forming technology. It is anintegrated design of machine, electricily and gas. It is controlled by microcomputer and programmable PLC control andthe entire system HM.This machine is a plastic sheet forming equipment that completes sheet eeding, heating, formingtrimming, and stacking at one time.According to different configurations, it can be divided into:a. Hydraulic drive, servo stretching, servo sheet feeding. b. Hydraulically driven, cylinder stretching, servo sheet feeding.The temperature control system adopls single-point temperature control of the tiles, the temperature is accurate, andthere is no temperature control meter or temperature control module. Using PLC direct control, single-point precisetemperature control.providing stable and accurate temperature for product molding, making product molding stable andimproving production etficiency.
