Description
Plastic vacuum forming machine is a professional equipment that uses thermoplasticity and vacuum adsorption principles to manufacture plastic products. It softens the plastic sheet by heating, fits it into the mold under vacuum, and finally cools it to obtain the desired product. This process has the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency and strong adaptability, and is widely used in packaging, medical, automotive, home appliances and other fields.

Heating system:
Using infrared heating tube or ceramic heater
Can handle PS, PP, PVC, PET and other materials
Forming system:
Includes upper/lower mold mechanism and vacuum device
Vacuum degree can reach above -0.095MPa
Equipped with air pressure assisted forming function (optional)
Cooling system:
Air cooling/water cooling dual mode
Rapid cooling and shaping, shortening the molding cycle
Control system:
PLC+touch screen intelligent control
Can store multiple sets of process parameters
With fault self-diagnosis function
