Description
The JN-750 is an advanced positive pressure thermoforming machine designed for high-efficiency cup production. It supports a forming depth of 180mm and handles materials such as PP, PS, PET, and PVC with thicknesses from 0.3 to 2.2mm. The mold area ranges from 350–450mm in length and 450–750mm in width. Equipped with top and bottom Inovance servo systems and a 5.5KW film feeding unit, it ensures precise and stable operation. The heating system uses German "Elstein" or “JINNAN” bricks with a 3000mm heating area for uniform temperature control. The machine features a 15-inch color touch screen, PLC control, and memory for 1000 production settings, allowing easy repeat runs. Key components include parts from CKD (Japan), Fuji, and Schneider (France), ensuring long-term reliability.
