SS Series offers exceptional production flexibility, capable of producing bottles ranging from 10cc(12 cavities) to 10L( single cavity), depending on the neck size. Compatible with various resins including PET, PET-G, rPET, and TRITAN, it fulfills diverse bottle production needs with just one machine.
Specifically engineered for small-volume, diversified production and unique bottle designs. Whether for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, perfume, detergent, baby bottles, or other customized shapes, this machine delivers the flexibility to meet all production requirements.
In the single-stage process, injection and blow molding are completed in one machine. The neck is held by the mold throughout the entire process, preventing contact with external surfaces during transfer. This ensures a smooth, glossy, and flawless finish.
