Description
This machine works with non-laminated, laminated, single/double-sided BOPP bags, non-woven fabrics, paper-plastic bags and three-layer laminated bags. It features one-touch switch between hot and cold straight cutters via touch screen, taking only one minute. For non-laminated bags, it uses hot cutter with servo-controlled online cutting and double bag mouth twisting; for laminated bags, cold straight cutter ensures neat cuts without changing tools.
Fabric roll delivery adopts EPC auto-correction, magnetic powder brake and tension system to reduce non-contact damage. It has auto-correction, positioning, bottom folding, sewing, counting and bag collection. Equipped with original Japanese PLC, servo motor and Mitsubishi microcomputer control, plus a 10-inch humanized touch LED screen for data display, recording and setting. Easy to operate by one person, usable independently as liner inserter, cutting and sewing machine.
