Description
This machine handles non-laminated/laminated bags, single/double-sided BOPP bags, non-wovens, paper-plastic bags, 3-layer laminated bags. Cold cutter (BOPP etc.) with servo control ensures uniform cutting. Fabric/film delivery uses EPC auto deviation correction for precise lining. Magnetic powder brake and tension system reduce outer bag damage. EPC sync correction, dual servo control inner film sealing lines to prevent misalignment, with synchronized cutting/lining. Optional hot/cold bottom, adjustable width, one-button operation without stopping. Hamming part adds liner auto-flattening to reduce waste. Automates alignment, folding, sewing, hot-melt, counting, collection. Imported Japanese PLC, servo, Mitsubishi control, 10-inch LED screen. Easy, one-person operation; works as liner inserter or cutting/sewing machine.
