Cup Printing machine

Model: CP 770M

The following is our offer for the CP770M automatic offset printer for the decoration of plastic cups in up to 7 colors.

The machine is composed by following main parts:

Machine Frame:
Supports the machine's components and motors. This system includes the slides according to the size of the container to be printed. The adjustment slides support the whole printing unit of the machine. They are on different levels and can reciprocally slide in order to make the following adjustments:
- printing pressure
- printing height position in relation to the height of the containers
- taper, in order to adapt to the various inclination of the containers.
Roller guides are used in order to get smooth sliding with a low friction. The controls for these adjustments are on the operator's side, in an easily accessible position. All adjustments have indicators in number.
